If you have a special event coming up or you’re a business interested in improving your employees’ well-being, we can arrange for a personalized class too!

Total Body HIIT: Cardio & Tone

Strength, Agility, and Cardiovascular Endurance will be our focus in the Cardio and Tone Training program. We will alternate low to moderate intensity intervals with high-intensity intervals. This HIIT inspired program will leave you feeling like an athlete!
 
Corporate Classes
 
Help your employees and co-workers achieve a greater level of focus, energy, motivation, and success.  We’ve all been there. That well-known afternoon energy slump we feel after staring at our computers all day long. The fix? Instead of reaching for high sugary and high caffeinated snacks, let’s move! Vinyasa Yoga

Shape your body and your mind by connecting your breath to your movement. This strong, flowy, stretchy, feel-good practice is bound to leave you energized for the rest of your day.  A combination of standing postures, and seated stretches will give you the tools you need to turn your practice into a moving meditation.

Restorative Flow & Stretch Yoga

Looking for a more mellow approach to yoga, or a way to cool down after an intense work out? This is what you need. With the use of props, we will focus on seated postures, and hold the stretches for a bit longer. This will allow your body to fully relax and soften. With the addition of deep breathing techniques, you will leave your mat feeling fully restored.
Barre & Pilates
Combining the best of Barre with the best of Pilates, you will strengthen, lengthen, and tighten your way into better shape. This high-energy, but low impact, program will shape and tone every muscle in your body. With the addition of some light cardio, you will also improve your cardiovascular endurance.
